Instant Oats Dosa Recipe
It’s instant . You don’t have to ferment the batter that you do in making regular Dosa. It’s super tasty with goodness of healthy Oats.
I have also used Rice Flour by Country kitchen in this Oats Dosa recipe. Semolina gives a nice texture.
Fresh ginger , green chillies , Onions add more flavours to it. You can also add fresh coriander which I have skipped.
The curd here is a good source of protein . It has all gut-friendly bacterias helps in better digestion. You can use home made curd to make this Dosa.
The batter of this Dosa is thin compared to the regular Dosa batter. It’s the same what you do to make a Rava Dosa. It should be easy to flow forming a netted texture when poured on the hot Dosa griddle.
It should be cooked both side until it’s golden colour.Once poured on the hot tawa, wait for 2-3 minutes before you flip to the other side.

How to Serve Oats Dosa
These Oats Dosa can be paired with chutneys. You do not need Sambar to pair. A different varieties of Chutneys can be prepared in advance. I love with Coconut Chutney and Tomatot chutney.
