  1. In a bowl add all dry flours , finely chopped Onion, finely chopped chillies, chopped ginger together. Add Moringa leaves and give it a mix.
  2. Add curd , 2 cup of water , salt and mix well. You need a thin pouring consistency batter. You may add more water if the batter is thick .
  3. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 15 minutes. You may rest it up to 30 minutes.
  4. Heat Dosa Tawa and grease with oil.At this point if the batter became thick , you can add more water to get the thin consistency. Give it a mix.
  5. Using a ladle pour the dosa from the edge to center. You don’t need to spread in circular motion unlike you do for your regular Dosa. The batter is thin here.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame. Flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with Chutneys .
