Spicy Tomato Dip

The variety of chutneys which make a traditional South-Indian meal a bit more interesting seem endless .Tomato chutney (Tomato Dip) ,peanut chutney, gongura chutney are few to name.

This  Tomato Dip is a great appetizer for any occasion!

Being born & brought up in a region where choice of foods were so limited those days. I was not much familiar with different cuisines of India ,but Dosa & Idli were known faces to me.

There was a south-Indian restaurant named “Sindhiya” in town .That was the only place to go when you crave for a crispy Dosa.

Soon after my Engineering when i moved to Bangalore , the real variety of South-Indian food come to my palate . I never missed any new dish during travelling different parts of South India.

I remember while going to Hogenakkal Falls from Bangalore in 2010 .I relished Dosa with spicy country-chicken curry and Tomato dip in breakfast .It was truly delicious.

No-doubt that trip was awesome too with a group of friends !!
