Spicy Gongura Chicken Recipe
Making this dish is very easy. Except sorrel and coriander leaves , you need to mix everything in a pan. Cook for sometime till the chicken is almost done. Add Gongura & Coriander leaves  , cook more.
Sorrel leaves add a sourness to the dish . The red varieties are more tangy. You need to use only the leaves and discard stems.soft and tender leaves tastes even better.
