Instructions
Mix Chicken, turmeric powder, red chili powder, oil , chopped tomato , chopped Onion in a bowl.
Heat a pan and cook the Chicken on medium to low flame. Cover the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Open the lid. Add Ginger & garlic paste. Mix and cook for 2 minutes without the lid.
Add Sorrel & coriander leaves . Keep on stirring.
Add salt according to your taste. You can add a little water if you want a gravy.cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
