You need a few ingredients for the best Dahi Rasagola recipe.
Do not add sugar to it as the sweetness of Rasagola is just enough. Squeeze a bit before using them.
I have added carrot , fresh green chilli and mango ginger . I won’t suggest you to ignore or replace the mango ginger in this dish. This adds so much flavour.
A little bit of carrot is enough. A few green chillies depending on the spice level. Do not add red chilli powder . Pomegranate for some colour and soft crunch !
