Crispy Onion Fritters Recipe | How to make Onion Pakoda at Home
Onion Fritters are crispy and a perfect snack to pair with a cup of Tea.
“Piaji” that is what we call Onion Fritters in Odiya language. It’s a perfect evening snack to go with a glass of Nimbu Chai .My sister always demands whenever she is at home.
These Onion fritters were must when friends at home on weekend evenings… Chai ,Pakoda and a long chitchat !! And there was always a scuffle for the last piece in the plate . Missed those days…
First Heat it well and cool .Then heat it again and fry your fritters. you can use sunflower or rice bran oil if you don’t like mustard oil.
Note :If you are using Mustard oil ,then to get rid of pungency heat it twice.
