Winter has arrived ,so as my favorite month December also. I always enjoy this Christmas season , and these days doing yoga became a part of my life.I am happy for this positive change . There is a saying “Don’t look for Happiness ,just create it” .
Best Sesame Crackers Recipe
Local markets are loaded with seasonal veggies and lots of “Gajak” stalls. Gajak are specially for winters to make you warm which are made of Sesame seeds,jaggery,peanuts etc.
I have prepared these Chikkis with Sesame seeds aka Til.you may add peanuts to it. You can also try a combination of different seeds .

These Crackers can be stored at Room temperature for a long time. Keep in a dry airtight container. You can stored up to two weeks easily.
This a good replacement for all those energy bars available in the market.

- 1 C sesame seeds Roasted white
- 3/4 C jaggery powder
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp butter Clarified
Ingredients

- In a pan melt jaggery powder at low heat ,add roasted sesame to it and stir slowly.
- Now grease a flat steel plate with butter .
- Spread the jaggery mixture on it and slowly spread the mixture into thin sheet with the help of a rolling pin. Let it cool a bit. When the mixture is still warm cut into square size with a knife.
- Let it cool completely. You can store them up to a month in an airtight container at normal temperature.
