White Chocolate Fudge Recipe
You need only four ingredients for Hemp Chocolate fudge recipe. Good quality of white chocolate , condensed milk , butter and satliva hemp trail mix .

The addition of hemp trail mix to the fudge takes it a level up. The crunchiness of hemp seeds and the dried berries add so much flavors . I have used unsalted melted butter. you can replace with clarified ghee.
Once the fudges are ready, you can store at room temperature for 4 to 5 days in winter. I would suggest to store in fridge if you making them in Summer. Store it in separate layers with waxed paper in between while keeping them in an air-tight container.
The shelf life is long when you store in fridge. Easily goes up to 10 days. Again it depends on the quality of chocolate.
How to Melt the Cooking Chocolate for Hemp Chocolate Fudge
You need to melt the Chocolate in a double boiler. Do not worry if you don’t have a double boiler at home. You can make it easily with a medium-sized pot and a heatproof metal bowl.
Pour water in the pot. Simply bring an inch or two of water to a simmer. You do not need to bring it to a boil. Place the chopped chocolate in the metal bowl. Gently place the bowl with your ingredients inside over top. You want it to fit snugly without dipping the bottom into the water.
Melt the chocolate at medium flame.
