Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and Urad dal. Fry at slow flame till they are light brown.
Add chopped onion ,green chili and fry till onion are brown.
Add chopped tomato,curry leaves and salt .Fry till they are soft and done.
Cool the mixture .Add a little water and blend to a smooth chutney.
