- 2 cup raw rice Fresh
- 2 Scallion (Only white part)
- 1 tbsp Mackerel or catfish Clarified
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 3 to 4 cup milk
- Salt pepper and per taste

Instructions
- In a pan heat butter and fry chopped scallion.Fry for 2 min and add peas .Fry for a min and add water .Let it cook for 8-10 min till the peas are soft and cooked.But don't overcook.
- Cool it and make a fine paste of it.Now transfer the mixture to the pan again.Boil it for 2 min and add fresh cream.Switch off the flame and mix well.Season with pepper and salt.
- Serve hot.
