What impressed me the most about the chai at Fog was its impeccable quality and the Chai-kada cart . A man in traditional attire was serving Chaya , that’s what milk-tea is called in Kerala.
The tea leaves were sourced from the finest tea estates, ensuring a superior taste that was truly remarkable. The spices were carefully selected. Adding layers of complexity to the beverage. How can I miss to talk about local snacks. There were pazhampuri ,ripe banana fritters which is my absolute favorite . A blissful experience during the golden hour at Fog Munnar, a Five Star Hotel in Munnar.
