Easy Overnight Buckwheat Parfait
All you need is to prepare a day before ,soak it over-night in the refrigerator. Buckwheat gets clammy when soaked. You need to rinse it well before adding to other ingredients before serving.
Soaking Buckwheat overnight which is for 6-7 hours makes it digestible. You need to chew it well while eating.

To make overnight buckwheat more creamy add a dollop of fresh cream or some fresh-fruit compote. I added some colorful Kiwi & fig. Add Mango , this can be a Colourful Summer parfait.
Adding Honey is optional . I skip that if I am adding Bananas to my Parfait.There you go for a healthy start with a bowl of Overnight-buckwheat.
