
Initially i thought of making a Mojito with fresh Pomegranate , but then i dropped the plan.
Mojito is a Soda based drink which can’t be ever considered as “Healthy”.Isn’t it ?
To keep yourself fit and healthy is what matters most in today’s world.
Do you know soda contains Phosphoric acid which has many side-effects on your body.
Regular intake of soda based drink can create serious issues like dermatitis ,dental problems,obesity etc. Phosphoric Acid interferes with the body’s ability to absorb calcium which can lead to serious issues like osteoporosis & bone softening.
So next time you feel to have a bottle of cola ,make a healthy choice by switching to buttermilk, lassi or a glass of tender-coconut water.Let’s Celebrate this Mother’s Day with this healthy promise.

- 2 cup Pomegranate Juice Fresh
- 6 tbsp pomegranate seeds Fresh
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves Fresh
- 4 Lemon slices
- Honey - As per taste
- Ice Crushed
Ingredients

- Take two highball glass.Add few mint leaves , 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds and 1 lemon slice.Crush a little using a muddler. Add 1 cup juice in each glass. Add crushed ice ,honey on top ,add few more mint leaves and pomegranate seeds to garnish. Add a lemon slice on top and serve immediate.
