  1. Dry roast Coarinder, cumin,peper,clove ,chili and make a fine powder of it.
  2. Cut onion into cubes.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and start frying them.Once they are light brown take few of them to use in garnish.
  3. Add garlic,ginger to the pan and fry till they change colour around min.
  4. Add chopped tomato and fry for 2 minute. Take this mixture out and cool them in a plate.Make a smooth paste of this mixture.
  5. In mean time cut capsicum into large square cubes and fry in the same pan at high flame without adding more oil to it.Once they are light brown take them out.It will take 2 min in total.
  6. Now add 1 tbsp oil into and heat.Add prepared onion tomato paste to it.Fry for 2 minute.Add prepared spice powder,salt to it.
  7. Add 1/2 cup water and let it cook for a minute.
  8. Add fried capsicum and paneer cubes to it.
  9. Let it cool for another 2 minute at high flame.Its ready to be served.
  10. Garnish with fried onion and serve with roti or rice.
