  1. Soak rice ,moong dal separately for 20 minute. Add salt & cook them together till the rice is 90% done.
  2. In a pan heat ghee , fry cashew nut till they are light brown. take them out.
  3. To the same pan add chopped ginger and fry for 30 sec. Add green chili ,curry leaves,crushed cumin seed ,crushed pepper .Add cooked rice & dal ,mix well.
  4. It’s ready to serve.
