cooked rice

curd

Roasted peanuts

Curry leaf

Red chilli powder

mustard seed

cooking oil

Instructions
Take cooked warm Rice.It should not be hot.Add curd ,salt and mix well.
In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seed and let it splutter.Add sliced garlic only if you like the flavor.
Add roasted peanuts, curry leaves, and chopped green chilis.Fry for a minute.
Add turmeric powder and red chili powder. Remove the pan from flame. Add this tadka on top of rice and mixed well.
Serve warm or cold. You can replace garlic with chopped ginger.
