  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.
  2. Boil milk at medium flame. Once it reduces a bit, add soaked rice. Cook on low flame stirring in between. It will take around 10 minutes.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, add jaggery powder. Stir it slowly and once it is completely dissolved, add raisins. Cook for a minute at low flame.
  4. Switch off the flame and let it rest for some time. Serve warm or chilled. It will thicken once it is completely cooled.
