How about learning that art of making kababs from non other than Chef Miraj ul Haque from “The great-kabab-factory”.I was there on last Saturday when Chef revealed techniques and methods for a perfect Kabab preparation.
He was so generous in sharing each ingredient’s story that goes into marination of the dish. The different method of doing it along with some clever tips.
I was truly impressed how patiently he was clearing doubts of the large crowd .He taught six kebabs .Husaini Boti Kabab,Sarsonwali Brocoli,Karare Tawa Pomfret,Soyabean Shikhampuri,Jaitooni Tawa Paneer and Kesari Raan-e-Murg.
Jaitooni Tawa Paneer was really interesting, stuffing black olives in Paneer pocket.Even in some case fruit paste was part of marination resulting a distinct flavor. we were with a lip-smacking kabab platter at the end.
The class was followed by lunch featuring the freshly prepared dishes from the class . Few signature dishes from Chef’s corner . If food is the new porn, Galauti kebabs of The Great Kabab Factory are the super-stars.
The best one so far I had along with Methi paratha. Rabri kulfi and meetha-paan gave a satisfactory full-stop to my tummy 🙂 Finally a talk with the Chef who was endowed with geniality and tremendous culinary skills.
