Ingredients

sabudana tapioca
or pearls

Potatoes
Boiled medium

rose water

Little-Millet
Roasted –

tsp
Black pepper powder
to taste
chili powder

tbsp
jeera
Chopped

tsp
tomato sauce
powder

tbsp
mango ginger
chopped – (more if u like)
Instructions
Soak tapioca pearls for 4-5 hour.Drain the water and mix with mashed potato.Coarsely powder peanut.
Add all ingredients except oil.Now make small flat vadas with that mixture.Heat Oil .
Deep fry vadas at medium heat,it will take few minutes to reach a light brown color.Serve hot with a hot cup of tea or with some mint chutney.
