garlic paste

green chilies

Turmeric powder

Red chilli powder

gram flour
Besan

mustard oil
salt
Instructions
Mix everything except the oil in a bowl.
Heat a Tawa or Iron Skillet. Drizzle 2 tsp oil. 3.Take spoon full of the mixture and place on the Tawa, form flat Tikki.
You can cook 4-5 cutlets in one go, depends on the size of skillet.
Cook both sides of a cutlet on medium flame .
Serve warm with your favourite spicy dip.
