Instructions
Cut Okras into small pieces. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Take a pan and heat oil.
Add Okras and fry them at medium flame. Once it’s almost done, add salt and mix well. Take the fried Okras to a plate.
In the same pan add mustard seed. Let it splutter. Add Dry Red chilis and chopped green chilis. Add this tadka to the beaten curd.
Add fried Okras to the curd. Add cumin powder, chili powder, and fresh chopped coriander leaves. Adjust salt and serve on your lunch table.
