  1. Make a coarse powder of flattened rice. Don’t make a fine powder.
  2. Rub the ghee into the poha powder with your fingers. You can add one extra spoon of ghee if you feel the mixture is too dry.
  3. Add black pepper powder, camphor , grated coconut and give it a good mix.
  4. Add all fruits cut into small cubes . Serve immediately at room temperature.

Avoid adding citrus fruits .
