Ingredients

Instructions
Make a coarse paste of garlic, ginger and onion together.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon and cardamom to it. Add the above masala paste and fry at medium flame for 2 minute.
Add minced chicken and turmeric powder to it. Mix well and keep stirring for 2 to 3 minute at high flame.
Reduce the heat and add boiled peas. Add Bhut jalokia sauce ,salt and mix well.
Add cumin powder to it. Add little water and cook for 5 to 7 minute at medium flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
