Instructions
Soak chia seed in water for 10 minute.
Take one glass .Layer the bottom with 1/2 cup flattened rice.Top with curd ,sliced banana ,sprout ,honey .Finally put half of the soaked chia seed with water on the top.Prepare the other glass in the same manner.
Keep them in fridge for 10 minute.
Serve immediately.
