Ingredients

lemon juice

Instructions
Roast Egg plant on gas stove top ,directly on the flame.
Once it’s done from all side ,place the egg-plant in a bowl and cover with a lid.
Roast tomatoes ,green chili in similar way.
Peel the skin of roasted egg-plant once it cool down and smash well with back side of spoon.
Blend tomatoes ,chili,garlic coarsely .Add this paste to brinjal.
Add salt, mustard oil and chopped coriander leaves . Squeeze lemon juice to it and serve with litti or sattu paratha.
