Instructions
Make a thin batter of rice flour,garlic paste,chili powder,salt, cumin powder and water.
Wash the flowers and pat them dry with tea towel.Dip one flower at a time in the batter on both side.
Shallow fry on a tawa or flat pan with little oil.It will take 2-3 min to cook on each side of a flower. Enjoy hot..
