  1. Rub chicken breast with black pepper and salt and leave it for 10 min.Take a skillet and heat olive oil.Fry breast each side for 2 min at medium heat.Take it out.
  2. Fry the onion slices.
  3. Make a paste of mustard powder,lemon juice and water.Add this to the onion along with chicken stock. Add thin chopped pear and chicken , cook covered for 15 min.
  4. When it’s done shred the chicken.Mix fresh cream .Fill your bagel with this and some thin zucchini slices.Add more pepper powder if you like & you are done with a healthy bite to have.
