  1. Wash rice once and soak in 2 cup of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nut ,raisin for a minute. Take them out and fry the rice & flower stems for 2 minute in the same oil.
  3. Start boiling 2 cup of water .Once it reaches boiling point ,add rice along with flower to it.
  4. Let it cook for 5 minute. Add coconut milk ,sugar and cardamom powder .Cook for another 5 minute till they are done. Add fried cashew nut and raisin. Serve warm.
