Soak mung beans for at least 2 hour.Cook in 1/2 cup of water till they are soft and almost done.Add Moringa leaves to it.sprinkle sugar on top and cook for 5 minute.The water must have evaporated.
In another pan heat oil.Add sliced onion and saute till they are light brown.
Add crushed red chili and crushed garlic to it.Saute for a minute.Add Moringa & mung to it.Add salt and cook for 2 minute at medium flame.You can cover it with a lid.
Add fresh coconut and mix . If it looks dry , sprinkle a little water at this point. cook for another 2 minute at slow flame.It’s ready to be served.
