Instructions
  1. Soak mung beans for at least 2 hour.Cook in 1/2 cup of water till they are soft and almost done.Add Moringa leaves to it.sprinkle sugar on top and cook for 5 minute.The water must have evaporated.
  2. In another pan heat oil.Add sliced onion and saute till they are light brown.
  3. Add crushed red chili and crushed garlic to it.Saute for a minute.Add Moringa & mung to it.Add salt and cook for 2 minute at medium flame.You can cover it with a lid.
  4. Add fresh coconut and mix . If it looks dry , sprinkle a little water at this point. cook for another 2 minute at slow flame.It’s ready to be served.
