  1. Slice Onions and keep in a bowl. Add chopped Moringa leaves.
  2. Add half of gram flour, rice flour and mix well. It will coat the onion slices and leaves. The moisture of Onions will work as a binding agent.
  3. Add more gram flour and a little water to form a thick dry mixture. I added 3 tbsp water. It depends on the Besan quality how much water you need. You may need less or more than 3 tbsp water.
  4. Heat oil in a Kadai or a deep pan .When the oil is really hot , drop spoonfuls of mixture into the oil .Fry at medium to high flame.Flip with a spoon and fry both side.It should be golden brown colour once fried properly.
  5. With a slotted spoon, take out fritters and place on kitchen paper napkins. It will absorb extra oil. Serve hot Bhajis immediately.
