Instructions
  1. Boil the dal in 2 cup of water ,add salt to it. Cook till they are almost done. Mash it with back side of your spatula.
  2. In another pan add tamarind pulp ,asafoetida ,sambar powder and salt. Boil the mixture in one cup of water till the smell of tamarind is gone.
  3. Add moringa leaves and cook for 2 minute. Add boiled dal to it.Cook for 5 minute.
  4. To prepare the tadka, heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed ,dry chili to it. Add curry leaves .Once it start to crackle add this tadka on top of dal mixture. Mix it well .It’s ready to be served .
