all purpose flour
whole wheat flour
as per taste
Sieve Flour.Add carom seed, cumin seed, black pepper , baking soda and mix well. Add Clarified butter and mix it. Add water and knead a dough.It should be a firm dough.
Take a ball from the dough, just triple the size of a lemon. Roll into a circular disc. It should be a little thick compared to chapati. Take a cookie cutter, cut round discs.
Take one disc and fold it into a traingular shape as shown above.
Heat Oil and fry them at medium flame. It should be fried till golden brown at slow flame.Frying them at medium to slow flame make them crispy.
Take them out and take the excess oil with kitchen paper.Cool them completely and store in an airtight container at room temeprature.
