  1. Sieve besan ,add rice flour to it.Add garlic, red chili powder, salt and hot oil .Add water and mix well to form a dough .It should not be so thick or watery. A little sticky kind is perfect.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai for deep frying.
  3. Use a 5 holed round disc of your Sev maker. Grease the sev maker with oil.Fill one portion of the mixed dough in maker and press directly in hot oil in circular motion. Fry until they are golden brown color .
  4. Once it is cooled down to room temperature it can be stored in an air-tight container up to one month.
