  1. Soak 1 cup garden cress seed in 4 cup water for 4 to 6 hour. After 4 hour you can see the are almost double in quantity.
  2. In a pan dry roast semolina until they change in color. Take them out and keep aside.
  3. Now add ghee to the pan ,add garden cress seed and stir continuously at medium flame for 2 minute.
  4. Add jaggery ,black pepper powder, desiccated coconut while stirring continuously. It will take another 5 to 7 minute for the cooking and it will be like a malleable mass.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a plate and let it cool a bit.Mix roasted semolina in it. when you can handle the temperature of the mixture ,form round shape ball out of it. Approximately you can make 20 size equal sized ball or ladoos out of it.
  6. Serve or store in an air-tight container.
