Instructions
  1. Cut the mango into julienne or small cubes.Mix salt,turmeric and chili powder and keep it for 30 min around.Add fenugreek powder ,1/2 tsp asafoetida and mix once.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan.Let the smoke goes out and cool it a bit.Than add dry red chili and mustard seeds.Let it sputter for a moment.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder and curry leaves.Wait for few second and add the mango mixture.Mix well and cook for 2 minute.Add hot water and cook for 5-7 minute.Add sugar if you like and cook for another 2 min.
  4. Let it cool at room temperature.You can refrigerate it in a jar for 4-5 days.
