Ingredients
3
cup
wheat flour
1
cup
ghee
1
cup
Sugar Powder
2
tsp
cardamom powder
2
tbsp
Black pepper powder
Instructions
Start dry roasting the wheat flour in a pan at slow temperature. It will take 10-15 minutes.
Keep an eye and stir constantly. you will notice a change in colour with a nice aroma.
Add Ghee , green cardamom powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Cook at low flame for 5-7 minutes until you get a soft dough kind of texture.
Add the sugar powder and give it a mix . Cook for a minute. Switch off the flame and let it cool a bit.
When the mixture is still warm , start forming ladoos . Grease your palm with ghee and start shaping into small balls ( double the size of a lemon ) .
Cool completely and Store at room temperature.
Recipe Notes
You can use Rock Sugar powder in place of Sugar powder.
