Ingredients

cup
whole wheat flour
2
tbs
semolina
3
tbsp
clarified butter
1
tbsp
cumin seed
1
tsp
Turmeric powder
salt
water
Instructions
In a bowl mix wheat flour , semolina, cumin seed, turmeric powder and salt. Add melted ghee and mix it with finger. You will get a crumb texture.
Add warm water little by little and form a dough.Don’t knead it more.Let it rest for 20 min.Cover with a damp cloth while resting.
Divide the dough into 5 equal size balls.Roll each ball into circular disc.Use a cookie cutter and cut out small circles.
Heat oil.Fry them at medium flame both side until done.Cool completely and store in an air-tight box.
