  1. Take 4 cup of water,add 2 tbsp of rice flour into it. Give it a mix , add a pinch of salt and start boiling at medium flame .
  2. Once the water comes to a boil , reduce the flame and start adding rice flour little by little. Stir continuously. Once you add all the rice flour, switch off the flame and cover with a lid. Let it rest for 15 mins.
  3. In a pan add coconut, jaggery and cook at medium flame for 2 minutes. Add cardamom powder and cook for a minute and switch off the flame. Let it cool .
  4. Crumble the Paneer, mix with the coconut jaggery mixture.
  5. Knead the rice dough for a smooth dough. Make 12-15 numbers equal size balls .
  6. Stuff each ball with Paneer mixture. Grease you finger with water and seal it properly .
  7. Steam for 7-8 minutes in a steamer. Keep a Pandan leaf in the steamer when you steam. You will love the added aroma. It’s optional.
