  1. Pressure cook the raw mangoes for 2-3 whistle or you can steam those till they are soften enough.
  2. Once cooled, take out the pulp , discard seed and skin.
  3. Now add cumin powder,black tsalt to this pulp.Your spiced pulp is ready. This can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
  4. The regular Aam-Panna is made adding enough water , jaggery/sugar to this pulp before serving.
  5. To make Mojito, take a highball glass.Add some mint leaves and one lemon slice.With a muddler crush lemon slice and mint leaves just for 5 sec.
  6. Add some ice cubes , 2 tbsp spiced mango pulp, 1 tbsp white rum(more if you really want 😉 ) and pour Sprite.Voila !!
  7. Garnish with mint leaves, lemon slices and keep calm & enjoy Mojito 🙂
