  1. Take 2 cup of water,add 2 tbsp of rice flour into it. Give it a mix , add a pinch of salt and start boiling at medium flame .
  2. Once the water comes to a boil , reduce the flame and start adding rice flour little by little.
  3. Stir continuously. Once you add all the rice flour, switch off the flame and cover with a lid.
  4. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  5. In a kadai heat the milk at medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Take the rice dough and knead it for 3-4 minutes to form a soft dough. Start forming rice balls .
  7. Add the rice balls to the milk and cook at low to medium flame for 5 minutes.
  8. Add bura sugar, cardamom powder and mix it gently. Cook for 5 minutes.Add grated coconut and switch of the flame.
  9. Cool it at room temperature. Garnish with crushed pistachio and serve.
