  1. Wash Ivy Gourds and pat dry. cut all ivy gourds into two pieces length wise.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,add curry leaves .Add ivy gourd ,turmeric ,salt and fry for 5 to 7 minute.
  3. Make a paste of coriander seed,coconut and red chili. Add this paste to ivy gourd.Fry for another 5 minute until they are almost dry.
  4. Add tamarind paste and saute for another 2 minute at high flame.Serve hot.
