ivy gourd

Dry Red chili

coriander seed

fresh coconut

Tamarind pulp

Curry leaf

Instructions
Wash Ivy Gourds and pat dry. cut all ivy gourds into two pieces length wise.
Heat oil in a pan,add curry leaves .Add ivy gourd ,turmeric ,salt and fry for 5 to 7 minute.
Make a paste of coriander seed,coconut and red chili. Add this paste to ivy gourd.Fry for another 5 minute until they are almost dry.
Add tamarind paste and saute for another 2 minute at high flame.Serve hot.
