  1. Mix rice flour, wheat flour ,semolina and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl. Using warm water knead a soft dough.
  2. Soak Dal for 2-3 hours. Make a fine paste of toor dal ,chana dal, green chili and all spice powder. Adjust salt in it.The filling is ready.
  3. Divide the dough into 10 to 12 equal part .Roll each dough into circular disc with thickness less than 1 cm. Grease the edge with little water on finger tip. Fill the center with stuffing ,pull the edge into center and make a ball kind.
  4. You can also give them to semi-circular shape which is easy to do.
  5. Steam them for 4 to 6 minute. Let it cool.
  6. Cut each ball into 1 cm thickness stripes.
  7. Heat oil and fry them at medium flame until they are golden brown.Serve immediately .
