Take a bowl add butter, sugar and cream it.Add peanut butter, mix it well.
Add corn starch, wheat flour, all purpose flour in a bowl. Add this flour mixture to butter and make a soft dough. Don’t knead it. Cover the dough with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 10 minute.
Preheat your oven for 10 minute at 180 degree C. Take the dough and divide into 12 to 15 equal sized balls.
Take each ball and roll on coarsely grounded peanuts . Place it on cookie tray and flatten a little with your fingers. Bake them for 15 to 18 minute at 180 degree C.

♦Note- If you are using Unsalted butter ,then add 1/4 tsp salt to your flour mixture.
