Ingredients
- 2 Raw Green Mango
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1.5 tbsp Red Chilli powder ves
- 3 Dry Red chili Dry
- 1 tsp asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seed powder
- 1 tbsp mustard seed
- 3 Sprig Curry leaf
- 1 tbs sugar
- salt
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Cut the mango into julienne or small cubes.Mix salt,turmeric and chili powder and keep it for 30 min around.Add fenugreek powder ,1/2 tsp asafoetida and mix once.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan.Let the smoke goes out and cool it a bit.Than add dry red chili and mustard seeds.Let it sputter for a moment.
- Add 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder and curry leaves.Wait for few second and add the mango mixture.Mix well and cook for 2 minute.Add hot water and cook for 5-7 minute.Add sugar if you like and cook for another 2 min.
- Let it cool at room temperature.You can refrigerate it in a jar for 4-5 days.
