Crunchy-Cabbage-Fritters

Winter ,i love this season so much.It always gives me the warmest comfort feeling bundling up in my woolen wears. I remember my old winter days at Munich .Once the temperature was around -4 Degree ..As me and my friends reached BMW museum it started snowing ,my first such experience. The tiny white snow flakes tickled my face when i looked up to the sky ..soft and slow ..

“Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home.”

Instructions
  1. Take chopped cabbage in a bowl ,add salt, turmeric powder ,ginger garlic paste ,chili paste and mix well.Leave for 5 minute.Cabbage will release water ,you can add 2 tbsp besan to it and mix well.Add more besan and add little water. You may not use all besan depending on the consistency. It should not be watery .The batter should be thick .Some like more quantity of flour in their fritters where as i like the minimal to be used ,only to that point where it can bind the cabbages well.
  2. Now heat oil in a kadai .Oil should be sufficiently hot .Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and fry them till they are golden brown.Drain excess oil and place them on a paper-towl.
  3. Enjoy hot pakodas with a cup of tea or with any chutney.
