Trim both ends of cluster bean.Boil them in 2 cup water for 5 to 7 minute at medium flame.Take them out and cut into small pieces.
Make a paste of dry-chili and garlic. Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onion and fry for a minute.
Add chili-garlic paste, turmeric powder to it.Fry for 30 sec.Add boiled cluster beans, grated coconut, salt.Mix and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minute till they are almost done.
Add tamarind pulp and jaggery. Cook for 2 minutes and it’s ready to be served.serve hot as a side-dish.
