Chicken Burger , the name will surely tingle hunger pangs among kids. This always happen to me whenever I am with my sister .She just loves to have KFC Chicken Burger anytime in a day.. Well I am not much fond of it..

I have used Sprig Tangier .This spice blend is a melange of warm spices and earthy herbs of the Mediterranean.This versatile ingredient can be used as a rub, marinade, glaze, paste, crumb, sprinkle or dressing!Caraway and aniseed add earthy richness balanced by the essence of coastal herbs like oregano and sage.
To make my Chicken Burger healthier I have used a Turkish Yogurt Dip in it. Though you can replace with any other sauce or spread of your choice. But trust me , this spinach dip goes just perfect with Mediterranean spiced Chicken .Give it a try !!
