Summer Tortilla Roll-Ups / Chicken Salami Roll-Ups

This uber easy Tortilla Roll-ups are just perfect for your Summer days. An easy make ahead appetizer that can be a time-saver on a busy working day . If you are worried for a Summer Party ,then I can assure you these little roll-ups gonna impress the crowd .A time-saver & a life-saver !!

Traditionally Tortillas are made from finely ground maize that accompany most Mexican dishes .Wheat-flour tortillas rolled around a filling of beans and meat form burritos, the dish you can find in any Mexican restaurant.  Indian “Roti” is  similar to Tortilla , the only difference is Baking powder that is added  to the flour in making Tortillas.

I have used Chicken-salami and the fragrant Gourmet spice Genoa from SPRIG. As you all know I have collaborated  with Sprig few days back .SPRIG is a brand that scours the world to get the finest gourmet ingredients into kitchens of people who pride themselves in preparing good food.Have you checked all those recipes that I have developed using their Gourmet Spice blends. Summer Prawn-Mango Salad

I would like to mention those who doesn’t like Salami in these Tortilla Roll-Ups , can try tuna-fish instead of that. I love that fish ,usually an add to my summer cold salads.I always prepare fresh Tortilla at home ,avoid buying them from store . Everything prepared at home has a different taste & better in all aspects ..But when you are overloaded with work at office ,there is no option left. So you have to compromise a little in terms of freshness & taste.
